1. Service Description
AnimaPet is an AI-powered mobile application that generates dancing videos from pet photos. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Credits and Payments
AnimaPet uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as consumable in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Credits do not expire. Prices may vary by region.
3. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process. If a video generation fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically refunded to your account.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Videos generated by the AI are yours to use, share, and publish. You grant AnimaPet a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating videos.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AnimaPet to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
- Use automated tools to access the service
6. Service Availability
AnimaPet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
